Ambassador Salad Recipe
1 ½ c Chopped Romaine
¾ C Fresh Shredded Kale
2 T Fresh Roasted Beets
½ Hardboiled Egg, chopped
1 T Toasted Almonds
2 T Chick peas
¼ C Cucumbers, Chopped
¼ C Vine Ripened Tomatoes, Chopped
Fresh Herb Vinaigrette Recipe
½ oz. fresh local herbs. I like to use basil, oregano, thyme, parsley
1 tsp of fresh chopped garlic
1 T Red Wine Vinegar
2 T Olive Oil
1 t Whole Grain Mustard
(Whisk together)
